Skies will be blank over Oyster Bay this year on the Fourth of July as the traditional Dolan fireworks display will not take place, according to the Oyster Bay Enterprise Pilot.
"[Caroline DuBois] said letters have gone out to residents of Cove Neck from the Dolans telling everyone the news," said the report. The annual fireworks show was held every year in celebration of Charles and Helen Dolan's wedding anniversary.
