North Fork Results Still Strong!
Newsday is reporting a slowing of the market on Long Island, well not everywhere!
Results we track on the North Fork indicate we are still on track from last year and revenues are up 18%.

I also just looked at the number of Contract signings since April 1st and that number is a leading indicator that we are still on track for another positive year…..and that’s with all that bad weather your starting to forget.
Folks are recognizing that the North Fork, the Un-Hamptons, is an intriguing destination for second homes or close by retirement destinations. Plenty to do and enjoy throughout the year, close to major city destinations, and just a short trip back home for work on Monday or see friends in the old neighborhood.
