Luxury Listings: Centre Island Estate

$14.9-million home features movie theater, water views.

A  16-room waterfront estate set on six acres on Centre Island is on the market for $14,999,000.

The Daniel Gale agency lists the home, built in 2005 and says the limestone mansion "was inspired by Marie-Antoinette's Le Petite Trianon In Versailles."

The home features western waterviews.  Other features: three fireplaces, 9 full baths, 3 half baths and a 12-seat movie theater.

Total Taxes: $185,233.
