I am new to the blogging game so bear with me on this. I am currently running for New York State Senator from the 5th SD on Long Island's North Shore. I am a Democrat whose opponent is long time Republican Senator Carl Marcellino who as been in office since 1995. I met Marcellino on a couple of occasions, the last time being our debate on Monday. He seemed like a nice enough fellow, until I found out he dissed me at a function I couldn't attend. Nice but old and is in need to find something else to do.
I was chosen to run for reasons known to me until today. I will not disclose why at this point because I do not have all the facts. Whatever the reason I'm here and I might as well try. There are some big issues facing New York and I can't possibly fix them. Carl Marcellino has been in the senate for 17 years with a full load of people in Albany to help fix New York and he hasn't done it. Why is he still there? Vote for me and I'll help fight for you in Albany because, quite frankly, Marcellino is not. I'll write more and reveal more.
