Last Chance: Who Made a Difference in 2012?

Nominate your Oyster Bay neighbors for Patch's list of people who mattered this year.

Oyster Bay is filled with special people who make a difference, people who make an impact on our lives on a regular, sometimes daily, basis.

There are educators, business owners, volunteers, public officials, clergy members and others working to make Oyster Bay a better place.

Whether it was a Town of Oyster Bay councilperson who stopped to help you after Hurricane Sandy, a beloved Theodore Roosevelt impersonator who brightened your day, a firefighter who took time to comfort you after an incident at your house, or an organizer of a toy drive to help victims of the hurricane, Oyster Bay is filled with influential people.
